Around the office, Gayle is the constant force that keeps everything moving in the right direction. Gayle has been married for 40 years to her husband Bob. Together they have two children and four grand children.

Sandy is married and has 4 step-children, 6 grand-children and 1 great grand-daughter. She enjoys spending time on her back deck or in her side by side exploring the trails of Northern Michigan.

Brendan has been with our agency for over 2 years and is a Customer Service Representative. His favorite part about his role at the agency is helping out in any way possible and making the lives of customers and co-workers easier. In his free time he likes to spend it with his friends and family, going to concerts and snowboarding.

Jennifer joined our agency in November 2025 as a customer service representative. She loves being able to support and connect with the community every day. Jennifer is also a certified notary in the State of Michigan. Outside of work, she opens her home to foster children and has adopted one child. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events.
